The Perfect Fifth

I often think I live in more ignorance than I would care to admit. It’s obvious
that the rich live in a different world to the rest of us plebs but it sometimes
seems they don’t even live in the same galaxy as us.

I was reading an article the other day in She (mine and Shah’s lifestyle bible) about a c-list celeb who had paid £4000 for a Hermes Birkin handbag. Birkin bags were named after the actress Jane Birkin and apparently are the epitome of designer chic for the seriously well off. Well I’d never heard of them. Then again why would I ? Do the rich fill their expensive bags with lots of stuff ?

Shah has many bags in many styles all filled at various times with much stuff.  The Shah bags (which ever one she uses) are always full. The other day Shah asked me to get our shared phone out of her bag. Two minutes later I was still struggling so she tried and went straight to it !

I’m really not so clever.
