Once again Tottenham show how they do things the hard way, seemingly making illegal approaches to both Ramos and Poyet.
What ever Ramos says, he is only here for the £20m contract because looking at his record it is not that good. Sevilla are a good side and they’ve won the UEFA Cup for the last two seasons but it’s very different managing in the Premier League. You only have to look at Benitez at Liverpool to see how he’s got nowhere near winning the League after winning La Liga twice with Valencia.
For £20m we should have got a top, top manager like Mourihno or Rikaard or even Ferguson. We’ve paid that for a manager with potential.
